Overview:

Arginine kinase is a phosphogen kinase that plays a key role in the mobilization of energy in invertebrates and may play an important role in energy mobilization in the soybean cyst nematode (SCN).  There appear to be at least four arginine kinases in SCN.

Unc87 is a gene responsible for an uncoordinated phenotype in C. elegans when silenced.

Dynein is a muscle movement protein and there are several family members.

Vitelline is important to the integument and egg shell. The match of our putative SCN vitelline to other vitellines is not great, but suggestive enough to pursue.
